Moves and deliveries: under Japan’s Standard Light Motor Truck Moving Terms, cancellation charges are up to 20% of the quoted freight and related charges two days before pickup, 30% the day before, and 50% on the day. Shopping assistance: cancellation before purchase is free; goods costs are not refundable after purchase (except for out-of-stock items).

- The above follows Article 21 of Japan’s Standard Light Motor Truck Moving Terms. No cancellation charge applies if we did not contact you for confirmation at least three days before pickup.
- If we cancel for our own reasons, any money held will be refunded in full.
- For postponement due to unavoidable events such as natural disasters or traffic disruption, we will agree on a new date without a fee.
Shopping assistance
- Before purchase: cancellation is free (payments are refunded in full, but an amount equivalent to payment processing fees may be deducted).
- After purchase: goods costs are not refundable. The goods will be handed over to you.
- Out of stock: the cost of the affected goods is refunded.
