Can you handle buildings without an elevator?
Yes. Stair work costs an additional ¥2,000 per floor.
Can you dispose of unwanted items?
We do not collect or dispose of unwanted items. We can direct you to municipal bulky waste collection or secondhand stores that buy used goods.
How can I pay on the day?
For moves and deliveries, pay by credit card, PayPay or cash when work is complete. Shopping assistance is paid in advance.
