Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when you agree to the quote. No deposit or earnest money is required.
Confirmation three days before pickup
We will contact you at least three days before pickup to check whether anything has changed.
On the day
For moves, customers lead the carrying with one worker assisting. We drive and transport the goods. If you would like us to handle the carrying, an additional fee will be quoted separately.
Payment
Pay by credit card, PayPay or cash when work is complete. Shopping assistance is paid in advance when the order is confirmed. Credit card payments are processed on Stripe / Square payment pages. We do not obtain or store your card information. Receipts are issued electronically.
